I had a fantastic experience at Massimi Garden. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, especially Vassili at reception and the bar man who provided milk for my son late at night. I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, possibly the best I've had during my travels in Italy.
Nothing major, just some soundproofing issues. 😅.

I was annoyed that the housekeeping kept opening my room without knocking. It felt completely intrusive, especially since there was no latch on the door to secure it. We found the breakfast options boring and repetitive, which did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
